Comfortable, beautiful interior design, clean. Towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner included. Love the washer and dryer with the Oxiclean provided. Cleaning supplies and dishwasher also in unit. Kitchen is great for 2, cutlery and dinnerware are nice and clean. AC unit is perfect for the hot weather during our stay. We didn’t get to sit out on the balcony because it was very hot but it has a nice view of the city and bridge, minimal with a little coffee table set but nice.

Location is great for metro access and trail to the gateway arch but no convenience stores at a walking distance, parking was 2 blocks away, no elevator, not too bad for us with carry on suitcase but something to think about with bigger ones, husband did have to carry gallons of water since only Brita pitcher is provided in unit. You have to park in-front of the main door entrance to get the parking pass inside the unit if you pre-purchase (3 flights of stairs, including the one inside the unit), to be able to park in the parking lot and do the same to drop off pass during checkout, a bit of a hassle. Bottom cabinet under the sink is loose and microwave didn’t work. Water pressure is low. Ceiling light in the bedroom does not work.

We had a wonderful stay at Brick & Bed Riverfront Lofts, PC 204. The loft was comfortable, well appointed, and stocked with the kitchen dishes and utensils we needed. A blender would have been a nice addition, but everything else was thoughtfully provided. The location was excellent—just a short distance from the Metro, Gateway Arch National Park, and the Convention Center. We were in town for an event at the Convention Center and appreciated how easy it was to walk there. Each morning, we enjoyed starting our day with a beautiful walk through Gateway Arch National Park. We would happily stay here again!

The shared gym was a bit disappointing compared with how it appeared in the photos. The equipment could use better maintenance, and the space was not air conditioned and had an unpleasant odor. That said, it was still functional, with free weights and a couple of good benches available, so it was possible to get in a decent workout. A few updates and improved upkeep would make this amenity much better.

I like the property itself.. great accommodations

My only observation was that the light on the fan in the bedroom didn’t work.. had to jiggle light switch up and down for it to turn on for a few minutes. Hopefully that can be remedied for the next guest.. otherwise excellent stay

Great view. Very walkable to the arch and downtown area.
