Brick & Bed Riverfront Lofts, T 402

Excellent! So clean…felt like we were the first persons to stay in brand new loft. No hotel ick or bad odors. Did not see other people around in loft except for last day. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Nicely decorated. Large rooms. Million times better than hotel room. Walked 20 minutes to Busch stadium and back in the evening; a few homeless people around but did not feel threatened.

The photos provided online show a fitness center and game room with ping pong table, shuffle board, and dartboards so we pick this loft for the teen aged kids. After messaging upon arrival, the fitness center and game rooms are all at a sister loft on next block and around the corner that we have access to. So we walked there one evening. Facilities were very nice there but the temperature was 87 degrees and humid! We could not stay for long. I asked a tenant that lives there and she said the AC and heat are either broke or turned off in that area and has not worked for at least 2 years. They have to bring in some little heaters in winter to keep pipes from freezing. Please update your listing to let renters know that these facilities are not IN the building but have access to them. On a good note, this same building has a roof common area that overlook the river and arch that are amazing!

Honestly, nothing

The location worked well for us - it was walking distance to the river, the Gateway Arch and Busch stadium. The furnishings were comfortable and the loft was spacious. Parking was a block and a half away and worked well. Check in and other property instructions were very clear and easy to access online. Communication with the host was easy, too.

Overall everything was very comfortable. I would recommend changing the bedsheets from microfiber to cotton, as we would wake up sweating because the sheets didn't breathe. Also, we were not able adjust the A/C as much as we would like, so it was cold in the apartment (we were there in July). And, the vent from the A/C in the primary blew right on us in the bed. We tried to adjust the direction register but didn't have much luck.

Too cold. I wasn’t able to adjust the thermostat (Minor). Problems with the parking badge system to access the parking (Major) A nice addition would be to have luggage porters for transporting your luggage, etc.
