The stylish and practical gas barbecue there is loved by me and the guests. Nobody else lives in the house and garden except you, it's a detached house and spacious - if you add the balcony, it's about 180 square metres of living space, plus the garden and barbecue area. I think the location is brilliant, pretty much exactly between Bernkastel Kues and Traben Trarbach, it is surrounded by wonderful places and stunning nature. It is very close to the Moselle, where you are no longer allowed to build nowadays, it was built shortly after the death of Napoleon, at that time there was no such regulation. This marvel is constructed in such a way that you always have sun or shade, see everything but at the same time are not seen, also because the house is so special, elevated on the railway embankment.
