The food was sparse. I would have expected a good and wide and abundant representation of Kerala cuisine without us having to specify. There were barely one or two items and very meagre dessert in every meal. I was also not very impressed that they reheated lunch item and gave it for dinner since we chose not to have lunch on the day of check in. They also started calling us even before we checked in if we could check out at 10 itself. That seemed insensitive. Finally, we let them clean our room while we were still there and left at 1. The room was ready for the next guest and the guest had not arrived when we left. At this price, they need to be aware of both soft and hard factors of hospitality.
