Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Had a great stay overall.🥰
Only downside: the corridor connecting the Forum Mall to the reception area had a persistent bad smell — worth addressing as it's a first impression area for guests.

The room was beautiful . The bed was the best. The entrance to the mall was easy
There was no atmosphere at all in the hotel. It felt as if there were hardly any guests. The swimming pool itself was good, but there was no one there and the entire area was just concrete. It didn’t feel inviting or comfortable to relax by the pool.
For a five-star hotel, there wasn’t even the option to have a drink by the pool. The breakfast was not up to five-star standards either; the quality was poor.
