The staff at the resort were truly exceptional! We had an incredible time from the moment we arrived until we departed. The welcome process was fantastic, with a delightful Kerala culture Arathi and a delicious welcome drink. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. I particularly enjoyed the balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the natural surroundings with a cup of coffee.

The location is not bad, the staff was great - very helpful and attentive. The rooms and bathroom is clean, although I didn't quite like the carpets.
The swimming pool and the pond is divine! Please add more plants in all the private gardens for ambiance.
I was a little perturbed by the fact that guest have to produce a VISA, I know that a passport is standard in all hotels, but when they asked for our Visa's, I was not impressed. The breakfast needs to be improved...very little variety to offer and the fruit was not fresh / no yogurt to offer which is standard with fruit servings everywhere.
The toilet paper quality was bad, I know you can do better.
