The room was good and clean

The pool doesn't have the privacy it is required, also the pool tiles were damaged. Other private functions conducted within the resort will have an impact on privacy.

Excellent ambiance and great location! The staff were extremely friendly and provided outstanding customer service. Special thanks to Ms. Sneha, Mr. Unaid, and Mr. Fawas for their warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. The entire team truly deserves a 10/10 rating. Highly recommended!

The swimming pool is good overall, but it could use some maintenance. We noticed a few cracks in the pool tiles that need attention. Apart from that, the pool was clean and enjoyable.

A group of 3 of us finished a month-long holiday in India and Nepal with a week’s rest here. The staff, without exception, are the friendliest and most professional we have met on our holiday. Sneha, the Hotel Manager, went above and beyond to help us fix a visa issue, spending hours on the phone and internet for which we were very appreciative. Jephy, the HR manager and food and beverage staff (Emil and Sanjeena) went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our selected food and looked after us with a smile every day. Riverside Grill served delicious seafood and the servers were also very friendly and efficient. Our rooms were huge with comfy beds, large walk-in shower, AC and plenty of storage for our clothes. We spent most afternoons in the pool to escape the heat - it was very clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again if we get the chance to return to Kerala.

The property is a little bit out of Cochin but the benefit was that it was quiet and Ubers cost very little to go anywhere.
