    Our experience at this resort was extremely disappointing. The pictures shown online are completely different from what we actually found at the property. The room was far from neat or clean, and the condition was nowhere near what we expected. We booked a Deluxe Room, but the bed provided was just a basic one, similar to what is shown for their Superior Suites. There was visible mold in multiple corners of the room, the bedsheet was covered in dust, and the room was full of spider webs. We even found a spider inside the room. And then there was the air conditioner. It frequently sprayed water into the room. I honestly believe they are still using the first air conditioner ever invented! On the positive side, at least we could enjoy a shower without leaving the bed — thanks to the AC! The telephone provided to contact reception was not working either, which made it even more difficult to get assistance. We had also contacted the resort before our arrival regarding some services, but our messages were completely ignored and we received no response. Overall, this was a terrible experience and certainly not what we expected based on the pictures advertised. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic communication was extremely disappointing. We would not recommend this resort to anyone and definitely won't be staying here again. Not even to our enemies!

    Application showing ground floor but icant get.iget first floor room Garden view but there is no garden view. And i cant get breakfast.ther is no match in application vs client

    Naturistic property. The close proximity to the mosque nearby just kills your sleep which is not ideal while coming on a holiday.The pool is also insanely chlorinated which hurts your eyes. Staff were really friendly and tried to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
