    Had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Kochi. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and professional. The hotel has excellent facilities, great dining options, and a convenient location near Elamkulam Metro Station. There is club inside which is very good and can do party till 3am. Overall, a very pleasant experience and definitely a great choice for both business and leisure stays in Kochi. Highly recommended!

    I expected much more cleanliness and standards as its a 5star hotel, the toilet looks bit old but clean. Overall its a nice and calm stay.

    Terrible Stay at Radisson Blu Kochi – Very Disappointing Experience We booked our stay at Radisson Blu Kochi after travelling for 10 days from Goa, on our way back to Trivandrum. We booked a room for two adults and two children, expecting a comfortable stay after a long journey. Unfortunately, the room provided was very small and could comfortably accommodate only two people. We requested an extra bed or even a mattress for the children, but the hotel staff initially refused to provide one. Later, we shared our Agoda booking details with the hotel through WhatsApp. At that time, we were informed that the amount paid was applicable only for breakfast for 4 people. We were then asked to pay an additional charge for an extra bed. The entire situation was extremely frustrating, especially after a tiring 10-day road trip with children. Due to the hotel’s attitude and lack of proper assistance, we could not sleep comfortably that night and had to suffer a lot with our kids. Unfortunately, none of the hotel staff provided meaningful support or assistance. The experience became even more disappointing the next morning. When I called the hotel to clarify about breakfast, I was told that breakfast was applicable only for two persons and not for the children. We were so disappointed with the entire experience that we decided to skip breakfast and check out of the hotel. This was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences we have had. The lack of clear communication, poor assistance, and the way the situation was handled were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to families, especially those travelling with children. After a long journey, we expected comfort and hospitality, but unfortunately, we received neither.
