    I recently stayed at Ramada Cochin and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I had booked four rooms for my family and had informed the hotel of my expected arrival time a day in advance. I had also requested that all the rooms be located adjacent to each other. While three of the rooms were ready at check-in, I had to wait almost one hour for the fourth room. To make matters worse, the fourth room was allocated far away from the other three, despite my earlier request. When I asked if they could provide a room closer to the others, the response from the staff felt quite inflexible, which was disappointing. What affected me the most was the lack of empathy. There was no apology for the delayed room or for not being able to accommodate the room allocation request. Even after I raised my concern at the front desk, I did not receive a simple apology or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. This experience was completely different from my previous stays at Ramada hotels in other countries, where the service was much more customer-focused and courteous. I hope the management at Ramada Cochin takes guest feedback seriously and improves the way such situations are handled in the future.

    I had a wonderful vacation in Kochi and chose to stay at Ramada. It was an excellent choice! The hotel is located in a beautiful area, right beside the backwaters, which made the surroundings peaceful and scenic. The swimming pool was amazing, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kochi.

    Had a wonderful stay at this resort! The facilities were truly 5-star, the food was outstanding, and the staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. The location deserves 4 stars, with a beautiful lakeside setting on the banks of Kochi that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. The stunning water body, superb swimming pool, and well-equipped gym made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic place to unwind, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi.

    They list themselves as a 5 star hotel. Not even close. Pool feels like warm bath water, they didn't have a restaurant inside because of the gas shortage. But they don't tell you that untill you arrive. Also gave my wife a hard time about having her Visa on her but none of this is mentioned during booking. Literally everything there is an extra cost. I would of much preferred to stay at a nicer hotel instead of constant up charges on every transaction. They charged 4000 rupees to slide a mattress from under the bed. Could of just told me it was there and I would of pulled it out 3 star hotel
