Charming Annecy Old Town Apartment, steps away from the Lake

The best location to travel around Annecy. It is situated in the heart of the city and very close to the lake, which was great for going out for a walk. Even though it is a very old building over 400 years old, the inside is fully renovated and well-equipped with all modern appliances, so there was no inconvenience at all living there.

Because it’s such an old building, you have to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor (European style) through a very narrow staircase, which was quite inconvenient. Although I’ve noted this as a difficulty, it’s something I was already aware of beforehand, so I’d describe it as an inconvenience rather than a true drawback.

L'amabilité du personnel au téléphone

Les équipements : Canapé lit cassé, porte coulissante salle de bain fonctionne très mal, les rideaux séparation les pièces sont mal fixé...

This charming apartment is located in one of the oldest buildings in Annecy, giving it so much character while still offering every comfort we needed. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep after exploring the city. A pleasant surprise was having two washer/dryer units, which was especially convenient for our family during our travels. The location is fantastic—everything in Annecy was within easy walking distance. The host was exceptionally responsive and even called to check in after our arrival to make sure everything was perfect. When we return to Annecy, we will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
