Easy collection of the keys on arrival.
We were disappointed by the unexpected add-on costs, including S$135 in taxes and S$35 in non-refundable protection fees. At this price point, the booking process lacks transparency, making a traditional hotel stay a far more seamless and cost-effective alternative. We can accept "Standard Etiquette," but any specific house rules or checkout expectations (e.g., excessive checkout tasks) must be visible before booking, not after.
