Good location and comfortable apartment. Good kitchen facilities and washer dryer was handy for travelling. Parking and access were very good.it was an easy walk to Perth CBD and quay.
Bed was generous in size but could do with a soft mattress topper and better pillows. Very close to main overpass and traffic noise.

Very close to convention centre
no nearby shops etc, carpet very old and tired and needs a chain or extra lock on door- I did not feel that safe as a single woman - also advertised pool is outdoor not heated and very cold . Also needs a dooner on bed - it was very cold and many people prefer no reverse cycle heating throughout the night otherwise ok

location is excellent - close to the city, King's Park and Elizabeth Quay. The apartment had everything that we needed including a washing machine and dryer.
Could benefit by having better/newer carpet and kitchen furniture. There was a draft in the bedroom possibly coming from a gap in the ceiling. We had no idea that this was a BnB until we arrived. Reception staff were OK but often were quick to remind us that we had nothing to do with them.
