Plenty of parking space. The property gave 1 parking lot FOC during the stay.
1. booking acknowledgement from the Host (fully paid upon booking) was only sent 1 day before and i have to sent WA msg to host and asked if my booking is received, then only i get an reply.
2. host asked for RM150 deposit 3hrs before the check-in, else check-in is not allowed. the deposit was not even mentioned during booking at all. Host mentioned refund within 24hrs after check-out, but after more than 24hrs still did not refund. I have to remind the next day only i get the refund.
3. complicated steps to collect the key on arrival.
4. found broken shower head and cloth hangers in toilet.
