Located in suitable place. Easy to acess to all. Eventually i get the city view. No noise at night.

Location - easy access ro grocery shop, spice arena, penang airport, lots of food stall nearby, park for short walk/ jog.
Safety - need access card , helpful security guard available at lobby, covered parking lot
Complete unit with cooking utensils, rice cooker, kettle, water dispenser, dishes
Burn stain on iron
Bit tedious to throw rubbish (only available at level 1)
No swimming pool

チェックインスムーズで部屋も設備もよい。対応もよかったのだが、外国人には不向きかな。
返金不可で予約した後でwhats App経由で豚肉と酒の部屋への持ち込みは不可の連絡。それでよければ宿泊してくださいっておかしいですよね？キャンセルできない状態で「それでよければ」って。個人的にムスリムの人達の心は尊重しているが、豚肉と酒が不可ならポリシーに書いてほしい。それならそれを読んで私は予約はしなかった。
それと、ゴミ出しをゲストにさせるのはよくないです。10年以上Bookingcomで宿をとっているけど、ゴミ出しをしたのは初めてです。部屋でゴミの分別はどこにでもポリシーで指定されますからやりますが、最上階からゴミを持って下りるゲストの気持ちを考えてみてください。私は久しぶりのバカンスなのです。あなたならイヤではないですか？せっかくの、私は半年ぶりの休みでした。
