Lack of utensils, when queried for a frying pan was told didn't have one yet when confronting the cleaner a frying pan miraculously turned up ! No glasses for drinking - missing small items make a big difference !

The team were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Access card was ready in my room already. Kudos to the security guards as well. Very friendly& courteous and helpful.

there is a huge weakness in terms of safety. all the rooms has window which the glass seems very weak plus no mechanism that might stop kids from falling. the middle room bed is directly next to window which my 4 years old kid climbed the bed play jump on the bed and immediately he notice the screen right next to the bed . he immediately lift the screen and begin to open the window. to be honest i was in another room arranging my bags and almost missed this moment. thank fully my maid noticed this and quickly grab my son while he was opening the window and shout for me. i came immediately and notice the the window had zero safety mechanism, it can be opened fully and if kids climbed the window they will fall. for your information my room is at floor 33. i hope the management tackle this issues because during my stay , news came out regarding a 5 years old in another hotel fell to death in another condominium in teluk kumbar penang.. not to mention some years ago same news came out in penang as well. i think the safety policy and mechanism has to improve or else kids might cont to fall to death due to this issues. please adress this before another kids fall to the ground. i dont think it costed too much to add some rail or laminated glass and it will be perfect for family stay. this lack of safety mechanism can make one family supposed to be sweet moments to the worst nightmare of their life.
