Systematic and helpful host with clear directions provided. The homestay is very clean and well-maintained. Basic amenities such as soap are available, and there is also a washing machine for laundry. All facilities are in good condition, and the swimming pool is excellent. The host also provides extra mattresses and pillows, which is very convenient. Very nice view from homestay.
The parking area is quite high and requires driving through multiple levels. The access road to the parking area is narrow, which may be slightly inconvenient but its FREE.

Easy access to the property and free parking for up to 3 vehicles. Good thing is there are additional 2 more single mattress that can use for small kids.
Second toilet in the unit had no lights at all during the stay. Very inconvenient especially after dark. Already feedback but nothing can be done.
The waiting and queuing time for the lifts took very long. ONLY 3 available lifts to serve for 42 floors tenants and 1 parked and most of the time lifts were full packed when arrived.
