All the rooms and areas were clean, well-organised, and looked just like the advertisement. I even asked the staff to extend my stay, and they were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Everything was smooth and easy to arrange. All the electrical appliances, air-conditioning, fans, and water heaters were working perfectly. I also really appreciated that the staff created a WhatsApp group before my staycation for easy communication, which was very convenient whenever I had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this homestay!

Perhaps the owner could improve the check-in instructions by consolidating all essential information into a single PDF. For example, the document could include clear, step-by-step directions for accessing the property, along with all necessary access details such as the post box password and any entry codes, so guests do not need to refer back to multiple documents during check-in.

The place, the area and the unit was clean and comfortable. Amenities nearby and privacy is good.

The staff. We booked at 11pm and was only given self check in details at 12am.. we were travelling and was tired and after multiple texts on Booking.com there was no response. The contact num provided was not reachable and I had to wait to be added into a WhatsApp group. Please take note, a rm150 deposit was collected even though the booking was done after half day. Then the unit that was provided was not available when we finally went to check the postbox. The unit was changed and we were given an upgrade but that ald caused us to check in only at 12.30am. The next day I checked out at 8am and sent the check out details and pictures as requested. I did not receive the refundable depo for 1 day. They said it will be refunded within 24hrs. A day after I texted to request to speed the refund at 12pm (2 days) .. and they processed but didn’t have the courtesy to inform in group even. Not friendly host, late check in details, depo collected but refunds done late. Please consider.
