The stairs to the front door aren't very safe also from the TV to have a problem with picture it was very dull not enough brightness on the screen maybe it was a technical problem of the time apart from that the place is very clean and comfortable.
From the front pavement to the front door the steps need to be renovated or made safe they are far to sleep I would not recommend this place for pensioners or disabled people.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious property with a lovely coffee shop and bakery across the road. Only 30 minutes drive from Chatsworth House which we were visiting. Free parking over the weekend when we visited. Bathroom facilities were very good and shower was great. Bedrooms are very comfortably set out with all that you would need.

The property is very spacious and extremely clean with all amenities catered to since there is a dishwasher and washer.
The bathroom is beautiful and stocked with shampoo and conditioners. Carpets lovely and soft. House has a fresh classic decor. Large dining table and chairs.
Although it’s next to a busy main road there is no noise heard inside.
It’s such a close reach to the city centre and next to the lovely endcliffe park.
Glass tables slightly problematic with children. The beds are really soft not very comfortable for me.
Parking is horrendous.
The stairs to the property steep and slippery when wet. Could consider something to give the hand rail outside more grip and putting lights out or paint edge of the steps white so easily seen for those impaired like myself.
