We stayed at Hotiday Fasano for five days, from July 10th to July 15th, and we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the entire hotel staff. The day before our arrival, we were contacted to confirm our reservation and were given some useful information about the check-in process, which we really appreciated. Our room had a spacious balcony with a lovely view of the beautiful green surroundings, and we could also see the sea in the distance. The bed linens and towels were replaced every day. The free Wi-Fi in the room was also excellent throughout our stay. Although breakfast was simple, it was fresh, tasty, and very enjoyable. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel also offers a large parking area, which is very convenient if you’re traveling by car. As for the location, Hotiday was the perfect base for exploring Puglia. It is about a 25–30-minute drive from Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, around 25 minutes from Ostuni, 30 minutes from Alberobello, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Porto Cesareo Beach, and about one hour from Bari Airport. Renting a car is absolutely essential if you want to make the most of the region. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Hotiday team for being such an important part of our wonderful experience in Puglia.

pas de restaurant comme décris dans l'offre BOOKING ! Il vous faut remettre les infos à jours ! De plus il nous est arrivé la mésaventure de perdre les clés de la voiture de location, l'assistance n'est pas, et de loin, du 24 h sur 24, il nous a fallu nous débrouiller seul pour faire récupérer la voiture par un dépanneur et relouer un autre véhicule sur place avec l'aide de nos contacts hôteliers, secrétaires et Francesco. Merci à eux.

Un peu à l’abandon au niveau de l’extérieur. Rien à dire pour la propreté de la chambre.
