Nice breakfast, friendly staff, beutiful landscape. Stylish furniture, clean appartment. Luciano the landlord is super friendly and caring. He even brought us home made limoncello :-)
We arrived late but it was easy to get in with the key locker and exact description of the amendment.

The property was in a good location, and was very comfortable and quiet. We had a smooth check-in with the help of Luciano and an excellent breakfast was provided.
The swimming pool was advertised as available for use, however was in fact empty, which was disappointing as I enjoy regular cold water swims.

Exterior is nice 👍, we were hosted very good
We stayed in February during rains and it was super humid inside the room, central airco was not warming enough, windows had water drops on them, clothes stayed humid. We stayed for 4 nights and cleaning of the room was done only once. Breakfast had very limited choice. Shower requires update as it is not easy to set the water temperature.
I believe that it is more comfortable there in warm season, but for sure not in winter.
I would also recommend to keep the kitchen open for the evening, so that guests could enjoy additional space during rainy season and were not limited only to room which is rather minimalistic.
