Location is great, right beside shops and short work from the beach. The beds were also comfortable. We didn't do any cooking but there was also plenty of pots, pans and utensils.

The parking isn't great. It's very tight and if all cars are in their spaces I think you'd struggle to get out. We were also not told that we would have no access to the parking from the second last day of our stay as a fair coming to St Andrews meant the street was closed. We had to park miles away and do 4 trips to our car with luggage which wasn't ideal. There was also quite a musty smell in the ground floor of the property. There was also no welcome back with bin days etc and outside bins were very full.

The location of the apartment was excellent, the apartment was very clean and had everything you needed and more, it was much more spacious than the pictures show and the quality of furnishings and all other items was superior. The little planted garden and outside bench was much appreciated. Communication was first class and very responsive.

The premium charge for early access or late check out. Very tight parking space but thankful we had one. The lighting downstairs could do with upgrading to LED, and more of it, as it felt dark even on such a sunny weekend. However, overall the apartment was perfect for us and truly quiet despite being just off the high street. We would stay again and the above detail does not detract from the wonderful apartment it absolutely is!

Very comfortable and well-equipped house in an excellent location. Fast and reliable WiFi.

We were not sent the key-box code before arrival and could not reach the accommodation provider for approximately two hours. We had to wait outside in the cold with our child and gained access only after Booking.com intervened.
