Excellent location in Market Street
For an apartment, you would think there would be more than the absolute minimum things provided (eg it is for up to 4 people so there were 4 forks, 4 knives etc) - but no salad spoons for instance (and as there were only 4 anyway, difficult to use them as salad spoons)
Furniture- again, only minimum of everything - only one side table in bedrooms (assuming two people are sharing the bedroom, where would the second person put their things?) and no cupboards or shelves in the bathroom - had to borrow the chair from the living room just ti put bathroom things somewhere)
Finally, everything required notice - eg nowhere to dispose of rubbish unless you let the landlord know
