Friendly helpful staff. Recommended to stay in here if you're attending concert at Idea Live Arena as it will take only 5-min walk :)
Towels were not provided during our stay as there were issues from the laundry part. I really think they should know how to manage this part as the towels are one of the main essentials for the stay
