Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience!
I am honestly furious and deeply disappointed with this property. I booked an Essential King room, but what I experienced after checking in was completely unacceptable.
First, the floor where my original room was located had no proper air-conditioning. After check-in, my friend was left waiting for almost 2 HOURS and still could not get into the room. After wasting so much of our time, the staff finally changed the room to one with two single beds, which was not what I had booked.
I thought at least the replacement room would be better — but unfortunately, it was just another nightmare.
The air-conditioner was leaking water continuously for TWO DAYS. The floor became wet, and I had to use a dustbin to collect the dripping water. This was not only extremely inconvenient but also a serious safety hazard. I nearly fainted because of the wet and slippery floor.
To make matters worse, the air-conditioner kept switching off by itself, and I had to repeatedly turn it back on. How can a property expect guests to have a comfortable stay under these conditions?
And that's not all. The parking is ridiculously expensive, while only ONE lift was operating, creating even more inconvenience for guests.
This entire stay was stressful, frustrating and nowhere near what I expected after paying to stay at this property. I booked a specific room and paid for a proper hotel experience — instead, I got hours of waiting, the wrong room, faulty air-conditioning, water leaking onto the floor, safety concerns, expensive parking, and inadequate facilities.
I strongly feel that guests should not have to go through this after paying for their stay. The management seriously needs to look into the condition of the rooms, maintenance, guest handling and overall facilities.
Very disappointing experience. I would definitely think twice before booking this property again.
