    The hotel location is great and very convenient, which made traveling around easy. However, our stay was disappointing due to several issues with the room. After checking out, we realized the floor was actually quite dirty, and the air-conditioning was not functioning properly throughout the night. We asked a staff uncle to help check the aircon, but instead of solving the issue, he kept nagging and blaming for adjusting the settings. He kept pressing the controls without fixing the problem, and we ended up sleeping in a hot room the whole night. The service experience was really disappointing and could have been handled much more professionally.

    The room is super small, there cannot be any movement in the room. The worst thing happened - the aircond leaked the entire day & night. I reported to the front desk and he tells me he cannot do anything. He didn’t care to do anything, I did not get my money back, I spent a sleepless night in a room with a wet floor and loud dripping noise. What the hell kinda hotel is this? It’s not cheap and I get treated like I wasn’t important. This place is like a dump. I do not recommend this place at all. I am sure there are better hotels ard the area. Don’t waste your money here
