    We appreciate we are booking a budget hotel so expectations are measured. But while disappointed that basic supplies like disposable toothbrushes and tissue paper aren't provided, we were upset that bathroom is not even equipped with warm water. We had to bathe in cold water which was especially distressing on a cold rainy night. Regards to reception (except for the tall slim Indian gentleman), support staff seemed non existent. Other downside is there are stains on the quilt covers, and the inside of the metallic wash basin looks rather off putting with stains and rusts. Overall, if not for the location and the intended short stay, this will not be our choice of stay.

    Good location near sunway pyramid hotel. Clean rooms. Air con is silent. No safe or any closet for clothes. Hot water works. Clean beds and toilet.
