The townhouse was fantastic. I have stayed in accommodations all over Europe and this place was one of my favorite. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there was plenty of space for my family. It was spotless and well-appointed (I made 6 meals and did 2 loads of laundry). I stayed in a small hotel room in Limerick the week before, this townhouse was actually €3 cheaper a night with four times the space. The townhouse is located within a stone's throw of the harbor. We took a lovely hour long boat cruise on Lough Derg. You can walk into town, there's a farmer's market on Sunday. In the opposite direction is Moylussa the highest point in County Clare. My college-aged sons hiked it, finishing at the front door of the townhouse. The area is incredibly beautiful. Finally a note on the host, Nick was excellent! He was incredibly attentive. He came prior to our arrival to turn on the heat for us and made sure everything was just so. He was communicative and I knew if I had any questions or concerns he would be of help. Such a wonderful experience to reconnect in a beautiful area in great accommodations!
That our time there was so short. This townhouse is set up to accommodate you and your family for longer stays. It's very much a home. I wish I would have known about it sooner.
