Excellent customer service by reception team. Beautiful and spacious room in apartment. Kitchenette is a good resource. Lovely swim and jacuzzi

The temperature on the fridge in kitchen wasn’t cold enough.

Room was great, very spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed and aircon was very good. Loved the shower. Staff were amazing and helped us in any way they could. Really made us feel at home

Could have done with a lift to carry bags up to the rooms upstairs. Or at least state that upstairs rooms are not really disabled person friendly or even for people with very small children as was the case for myself having to carry the child and buggy up the stairs to the room. Also hot tap in the kitchenette sink was boiling hot which is not terrible but should probably have a sign up to warn people so they don’t get scalded, especially kids.

The room was great. We booked a suite and it was very spacious. Comfortable beds, plenty of power outlets, good shower pressure.

This hotel feels like a glorified motel. The service, while pleasant, wasn't particularly helpful. The restaurant staff was like pulling teeth for anything. If you want a menu, you have to ask a few times. If you want tea or coffee with your breakfast, you have to chase someone down. There is not housekeeping until the third day of your stay. We called down for clean towels several times and they never came. Finally had to go to the front desk to collect them ourselves. Broken hair dryer took several calls to get replaced as well. Checkout is at 11 - asked for an extra 30-60 minutes - and was refused. For the price, you'd expect a lot more from this hotel.
