UNIT AMENITIES: This 3 bedroom deluxe condo, sleeps a maximum of 8 people and includes 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, and either 2 queen size beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, or 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, and bunkbeds in the 3rd bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the living room, and 2 or 3 full bathrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, and balcony. The living room and each of the bedrooms includes a TV. The condo has a washer and dryer and hair dryers are provided in each bathroom. All linens and towels are included with more available upon request.

CHILD AMENITIES: The resort has pac-n-plays and high chairs that are free to guests on a first come, first serve basis. Ask the staff when you check in, and they will have housekeeping bring one to your room if available. They do not reserve these in advance.

VIEWS: If you have a particular unit number you would like to reserve, we will be happy to make a request when making the reservation. However, the resort staff at Club Wyndham Emerald Grand assigns the units and there is absolutely no guarantee that the unit requested will be available.
NOTE ABOUT RESERVATIONS: This is a Wyndham timeshare resort. Club Wyndham has a program called Timeshare Owner Priority Reservations. This program is designed to give Wyndham timeshare owners priority to owner usage at club resorts during peak travel dates. This means that any reservation that falls within the peak travel dates must have an owner check-in and register their guests.
Also, suites are often sold out for dates requested. We do, however, make extra reservations and hold them until rented. That may mean that even though the calendar says it is available, it may not be available for the exact dates or exact number of nights you requested. For example, you may request 5 nights on July 22. But we may only have a 7 night reservation on July 22 that we are holding. Regardless of how many nights we rent, we still have to pay for the full 7 nights. We can't change that to the 5 nights without losing the reservation altogether. So even though the calendar says it is open, it may require a reservation for a different number of nights. We will let you know if your reservation for the exact dates is available. If not, we may be able to suggest alternative dates near to the dates you’ve requested.
PLEASE NOTE:: There is a minimum 3 night stay requirement.
TIMESHARE PRESENTATION: You will be considered a guest of an owner. You probably will be asked to attend a timeshare presentation but it is NOT a requirement. If you do not wish to attend a presentation, JUST SAY NO!
CANCELATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is as stated: 100% refund up to 60 days before check in; 50% refund 30 to 59 days before check in. No refund less than 30 days to check in.
