The dining area is next to the kitchen so you can have a conversation with the family while cooking or eating. The dining area accommodates 4 with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating options to enjoy the large flat screen TV. If you don’t want to watch TV, you are just steps away from the white sandy beaches. This condo features a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, a queen in the private studio suite, and a sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. You will appreciate the convenience of the new stackable washer/dryer after a fun filled day of vacation adventures.

It is conveniently located to water sports of all kinds, fishing, golf, fine restaurants, great shopping and many other local attractions for all ages with varied interests.

These units have angled views of the Gulf of Mexico which increase on the higher floors. The property has many amenities, to include a large outdoor pool, indoor swimming pool, family BBQ with picnic area, and fitness room.

Welcome to The Boardwalk! We are located directly on The Gulf of Mexico, on the beaches of beautiful Okaloosa Island! The Boardwalk is your one-stop destination for fun, day and night! Relax on the beaches of The Gulf of Mexico while sipping a frozen concoction prepared at our outdoor bar upstairs at The Crab Trap, stroll the boardwalk and visit Islanders Coastal Outfitters for new beach attire or grab a frozen snack from Pino Gelato. When day turns to night, Al’s Beach Club is our premier club and burger bar. Hungry? We've got that covered as well!
You must check-in at our office located at 895 Santa Rosa Blvd. Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find an envelope with your information in your condo. Please call our office in advance for the door code. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in’s that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver’s license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in.
