Beautifully Renovated Townhouse on the Beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

We loved this house and would highly recommend it for people staying with another family. There’s a main living room, an upstairs floor and a downstairs floor. It gave us all space and allowed our babies to sleep without noise waking them. The beach is the backyard, so that was a huge perk.

This townhouse was so close to the beach! It was amazing!!! The four beach chairs and two umbrellas on the beach were so convenient. Beach service set them up and took them down every day. The guy that did that was super nice and kept an eye on everything during the day. I love the balconies on every floor! We were even able to see the fireworks on the boardwalk from the top balcony. The middle floor was updated and gorgeous. The other two floors were a little dated but still nice. There is plenty of space to spread out around the townhouse. The pillows on the beds were the best! Also, they do have a hose outside for you to rinse the sand off which was so handy! The location is everything for us. It was close to the end of the populated part of the island so it wasn’t super busy. We would stay here again for sure!!! Plus the host was nice!

We just returned from our annual girl’s trip and from staying in the townhouse. The place is right on the beach and even has 4 beach service chairs which was great! The house was nice and clean and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware along with dish detergent, dishwasher detergent and garbage bags. The boy drawback is climbing up and down the stairs to go to the bedrooms and to go in/out.

We had a nice overall stay at this condo and appreciated several aspects of the property. The general cleanliness upon arrival was good, and the beach access was especially convenient and enjoyable. The condo was also very well stocked — we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of towels provided, along with the variety of cooking seasonings and kitchen accessories, which made our stay much easier.That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. While the condo appeared clean at first glance, it would benefit from a deeper clean. For example, the light switches were noticeably dirty, and there was some dust buildup throughout. Additionally, while the kitchen and living room have been nicely updated, the bedrooms feel outdated and could use some attention to match the rest of the space.We also noticed some structural or foundational concerns that were fairly noticeable during our stay.Overall, this condo has great potential and a wonderful location, but a bit more attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance would greatly enhance the experience.
