Beautifully Renovated Townhouse on the Beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

Property listing said "newly rennovated," but it did not appear to have any new features in the last 8 years, except maybe the kitchen countertops. Everyroom needed work. The bathroom floors were sinking away from the rest of the house in 2 rooms. Kitchen cabinets were 30 years old. Drawers in the kitchen had broken, and been covered with flat pieces of wood instead of repairing the drawers. Oven was so old, we could not read the dial locations for heat control on the range. Master bedroom coverlet had a huge nasty brown spot, but it was flipped upside-down to try and hide it. Carpet was old and unclean. Bare feet would turn black after walking across it a few times. Tile was cracked. Ceiling was stained.The view on the 2nd level was breathtaking. The hardwood flooring and matching wall-to-wall window and sliding glass doors offered a beautiful, unobstructed view of the ocean. Access to the beach was easy and private. Umbrella and chair service was convenient and the attendant was kind.The A/C units were aged, but worked very well. Overall value was fair, everything considered.Would probably not stay here again due to age and cleanliness.

Absolutely beautiful stay. Literally right off the beach and we traveled with our younger teenagers and the space was great . We flew in so we did uber where we wanted to go and it was very decently priced as location was great. Very nice and quiet for your family. The view was just stunning .Chairs at beach was already provided for and when we return we will choose this same condo. Thank you for a great trip!

Beach access and chair service are worth their weight in gold. The sliding doors to the balcony make it feel like you are sitting on the beach, from the comfort of the living room. This was our second time staying, and we lan on returning.

We had a nice overall stay at this condo and appreciated several aspects of the property. The general cleanliness upon arrival was good, and the beach access was especially convenient and enjoyable. The condo was also very well stocked — we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of towels provided, along with the variety of cooking seasonings and kitchen accessories, which made our stay much easier.That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. While the condo appeared clean at first glance, it would benefit from a deeper clean. For example, the light switches were noticeably dirty, and there was some dust buildup throughout. Additionally, while the kitchen and living room have been nicely updated, the bedrooms feel outdated and could use some attention to match the rest of the space.We also noticed some structural or foundational concerns that were fairly noticeable during our stay.Overall, this condo has great potential and a wonderful location, but a bit more attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance would greatly enhance the experience.
