Upon walking into the unit, there was an overwhelming smell of mildew and a huge dehumidifier running on the bottom level. The upstairs was nicely remodeled, however, our biggest concerns were the balconies and the upstair bathroom. The floor is soft in areas of the shower. The balcony is literally sagging in the corner and not safe to be in. The bottom balcony, which is roofed by the top balcony and is heavily bowed, was decent but the railing was moving quit easily and could fall with one forceful push. You can see the separation of the balconies from the actual house occuring. It's not safe! The front step is painted the same color as the porch and my family that has a sight disability kept tripping and almost falling. With all that being said, it is a good location, but for the high price of rent and safety of tenants, you would think that there would be more pride taking into consideration.

We loved the location and the view was beautiful from the balcony, but we did have a few issues. When we first checked in the smell of mildew was so bad, one of our party had to sleep on the sofa upstairs. We did call the property manager and told them, they seemed surprised. We asked if we could get a dehumidifier and it was after two pm the next day before that arrived. Now that seemed to help with the mildew smell, but it took a couple of days. The other issue we had was the downstairs shower never got hot, we all used the upstairs showers.

The location of this condo was ideal for what we wanted. We were literally 150 ft to the beach chairs they provided (with umbrella) . We were thrilled not to have carry chairs and umbrellas etc to the beach. Check in was seamless and property manager was prompt and polite.Plenty of kitchen equipment/utensils are provided.Would rent again.

It sits so close to the water that you can hear the waves. The first floor was like a mini apartment. It is a fantastic place. My family had lots of room to fan out. The balconies on the top two floors have great views. *****this is not a place for mobility limitations. I’m a leg amputee and I struggled some with the stairs. Everyone else loved the property.

Loved the house! Worked out perfect for 6 of us. The house was well equipped for a week long stay if you wanted to grill or cook meals. AC works excellent so we all slept great. We ate several times at the restaurant “ Beach View” right beside the house, great breakfast and no driving!!! The views are spectacular! It’s right on the beach and the chairs are set up waiting for you at 8 am. It’s in an area that’s spaced out well so we had lots of room to play on the beach! Owner/manager was easy to get in touch with and very nice! We look forward to many stays here in the future.

This was an excellent experience. Everyone had a great time. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The host was very attentive. She rushed a new coffee maker to the home because it reportedly did not work. (It worked fine by the way). Free beach service was great too.

We loved the location, house was wonderful. The only problem we had was heavy rain flooded the bottom floor, 2nd floor rain poured in thru the doors and 3rd floor small leak in roof in bathroom. Called property mamager informed her of the situation nothing was done. I did the best I could with towels, pans and rugs.

We were very happy with this property. The kitchen was very well appointed, which was very nice because we ate in numerous times. If stairs are an issue for you, you might think hard about this property. There are three levels and we were on all three multiple times a day. Checking in was a challenge as we received no check in information and the phone number on the listing did not reach a person. We eventually got in on our own and the owners number was inside. She was very apologetic about the situation. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

I messaged Alison the morning of our trip to let her know that we were on our way and to see if she would let me know when we could check in. She messaged me pretty immediately. We arrived at the property early and checked in. The place was very clean, they had even left us waters in the refrigerator. The property was so convenient, walk out the back door to the beach, drive or walking distance to several restaurants. This place was perfect for our family! We will definitely book again. Just left today! We enjoyed our stay and actually booked the same unit for next year! The house could use some updating, but the short walk to the beach makes up for it! Lots of room for family to move around comfortably! The host was very friendly! The 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas were wonderful for the beach! The only thing I would recommend is if you plan on doing most of your cooking in the unit bring some Tupperware. There were several lids, but no containers, other than 2 small ones. Plenty of big bowls (no lids), dishes, pots, pans, utensils and a casserole dish ( no lid). We made do with aluminum foil and ziplock bags for food tho! Can’t wait to be back next year!

We went with family ranging in age from 70 to 19 years old - the bedroom on the 1st level allowed my parents a place to stay that did not have a lot of steps but still had a full bathroom and king size bed and their area had their own temp control but they had easy access to go outside to the beach. The 2nd floor had a pull out couch that allowed my son to sleep similiar to how he does at home on this bed of choice - a futon. He had a half bath on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor had 2 separate bedrooms with full bathrooms allowing my husband and I a room with a view of the ocean and my sister had her own bedroom.

There was a total of 10 of us that booked from Friday to Monday, as a family/friend vacation and first trip to the beach for my sons 4th birthday. Three days before arrival I sent a message asking about how many umbrellas and chairs came with the trip. -NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. Thursday before I checked in again, thinking maybe my message was just over looked. No response. Friday comes an we are loaded up an ready for the 6 hour car ride. Check in was at 4 so I didn’t think much about not having my arrival information but not having a response from the previous days made me concerned. I waited until 5 and I still had no information about my arrival or anything. Long story short- Vrbo was about to book us a hotel because they couldn’t get in touch with anyone one, finally someone answered an we got our information. The property over all was fine, we did have to contact about the ac but they got someone to come the next day an fix it. We enjoyed the beach and over all looked at what went right and not wrong.

The rental was ok. It suited my families needs. The top floor room facing the beach floor had some weak spots in it, and the balcony had a slight slope to it when stepping out, otherwise it was level. The matress on the hideabed on the lower level was very broken down.

We had a great time at this property. The beach was much less crowded than Destin and Panama City. The views of the ocean were beautiful and walking to the beach was like walking out your back door. The four chairs and umbrellas provided were great. Check in was on-time and as simple as a phone call. Even with a large family group, space was adequate and the three and a half baths were greatly needed. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. A few more towels were needed with the number of people in our group. Updated furniture on the first floor would be nice and there were soft spots in both upstairs bathroom BUT nothing that hindered our experience here. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Very clean, nice condo. Room enough to handle several & every bed is a king size, so no hard feelings between anyone. Very well supplied wit necessities. The A/C does great, especially upstairs where it's hard to cool & enough hot showers for all. There's always going to be something negative but location overrides it. Now for the location, it's awesome & so very convenient. Would definitely consider going back.
