The Space:
On a quiet stretch of Okaloosa Island sits blu 103. This unit offers total relaxation and comfort just steps from the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom unit is beautifully decorated with touches of elegance throughout. Upon entering, the views will immediately guide you to the main living area. The kitchen is spacious and offers everything you'll need to cook meals or prep for a large gathering. The stainless-steel appliances, sparkling counters, and sleek cabinets are stunning, and the large island gives even more space. The dining area seats six guests, and the living area has plenty of seating for everyone. Even-more space is offered in the den, and a wet bar is in this area as well, with an ice maker, two wine fridges, and plenty of counter and cabinet space for all snacks and beverages. The balcony can be accessed from both living areas and has plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the Gulf sunrises and sunsets. Also accessible from the balcony is the master bedroom. With a king-size bed and ensuite bath, and breathtaking views of the water, you'll never want to leave. The bathroom features a double vanity, separate tub and shower with a seat, with gleaming finishes on each. Two of the guest bedrooms offer king-size beds as well, with the third having twin bunks and a queen-size sofa bed. The last bedroom offers plenty of space with a queen-size sofa bed and doubles as a media room. The two guest bathrooms round off a stunning unit, where nothing is left to be desired. The condo is very spacious. The size of rooms and layout is very good. Being right by the pool and beach and having a nice size porch is a plus. Everything was very clean. We loved the pools…one is great for smaller children. We were very disappointed in a few things…. Most importantly we were given only one parking pass. They maintained they gave us two but that truly was not the case. They said they would help resolve the issue and it never was, Therefore, every morning I woke up to make sure our only car with car seats had not been towed overnight. Very disappointing that they never resolved this. Other areas of disappointment….Ice maker in bar area was dirty, there are no bath rugs or door rugs…the tile floors are slick with wet feet. No way to wipe sand off your feet. This is not good for young kids or elderly residents. There are limited towel and no beach towels (we brought our own because the listing doesn’t say there are any but many times there are). Lots of kitchen space but mostly empty..not well stocked not good knives, serving ware, cutting boards, etc. Beautiful bar area…no bar or wine glasses. Living area furniture could use a cleaning. Overall the size and layout was terrific and perfect, beds comfy and rooms clean.

The property is setup extremely well to host large family gatherings. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the layout provides for a good amount of privacy. Please note, the owner provides basically nothing in terms of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) or consumables so you need to make sure to bring everything with you (or be prepared to buy things locally, at very high prices!).
