This was the first time we have rented a ground floor unit, and it turned out to be perfect especially for our grandchildren. There was an issue with water moisture coming from the seams on the manufactured hardwood floors throughout the stay within the kitchen and living room. Rick was quick to respond and had people out to investigate. Though it was unable to be resolved during our stay, it did appear that there was a scheduled day for it to be repaired the day we left. We had a wonderful time on our family vacation, and the unit was very spacious for the 8 of us.

Can not beat the location, the pool and 3 primary suites for a vacation. However, for the price the condo shows some wear that we did report to the owner. For example very limited cooking utensils (only 1 of the teaspoons for measuring); dishwasher is not secured to the island and leans forward every time you open the bottom rack and several sinks very slow drain.. At this price point the kitchen stock needs to be refreshed and updated as needed and the condition of some of the home needs to be reviewed and corrected. We did have a wonderful time despite some of the conditions however.

Host provided clear and timely communication. The ground floor location was convenient for pool and beach access, especially for 4 kids 8 and under.
