This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches & the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. In the newly updated kitchen, there are all Viking Professional Series kitchen appliances and dark granite tops & all the cooking utensils you'll need to cook a hearty meal for your family. There are 5 TV’s, 5 DVD players and a CD stereo system. In the dining area, you will find a dining table that will seat six and 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.
THINGS TO KNOW**The complex is undergoing exterior construction. During this time, construction workers, equipment, and noise may be present. Balconies and Pools Will Be CLOSED Until Further Notice.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
