As you climb the outdoor staircase to the private entrance, you’ll be welcomed by a brand-new, elegantly furnished apartment where the warmth of wood meets modern comfort.
On the main floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a state-of-the-art open kitchen and a comfortable 6-seat dining table, a master bedroom with a private bathroom, and a guest bathroom with a laundry area.
Upstairs, the charming attic features another master bedroom, a twin bedroom, and an additional bathroom. All rooms feature spacious closets and high-speed Wi-Fi.
💡 Note for guests: The property spans multiple levels and features both indoor and outdoor stairs—a detail to keep in mind if you have limited mobility.
Additionally, the proximity to the street may cause some noise when windows are open; however, simply closing them will completely soundproof the room, allowing you to enjoy the fantastic view in total tranquility.
**IMPORTANT**
👶 Crib and high chair: Available upon request for €50 per stay (includes a complete set of sheets and towels). Service subject to availability.
👟 House Rules: To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and to protect the furnishings, we kindly ask that you do not wear shoes inside the apartment.

We constantly monitor the local weather and turn on the heating system as soon as temperatures drop, ensuring your home is always warm.
The temperature is set to 21°C / 22°C, ideal for healthy comfort. We ask that you avoid wasting energy out of respect for the environment; any requests for higher temperatures will incur an extra charge.
⚡ Electrical System
As in most homes in Italy, there is a limit to the electrical capacity. Please avoid turning on too many appliances at the same time (such as the washing machine, dryer, oven, kettle, hair dryer, and induction cooktop) to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping. If that happens, no problem: you’ll find instructions in the house on how to restore power in a flash!
-A security deposit by credit card is required; otherwise, you won’t be allowed into the house.
