    This hotel was so so so good. Room was very clean and comfortable. There’s even Netflix on the tv. Hotel staff were all helpful and kind, we really enjoy our stay here and will come back whenever we visit hcm!

    was disappointed with my experience at Kin Central Park Hotel. The customer service was unsatisfactory, and the way the staff handled my situation left a very bad impression. I had booked the room under one name, but when I brought my girlfriend to the room, I was informed that I had to pay an additional charge of 700,000 VND. I understand that hotels may have policies regarding additional guests, but these charges and policies should be clearly communicated to guests before or during the booking process, rather than becoming an unpleasant surprise upon arrival. What made the situation worse was the staff’s attitude and lack of professionalism when addressing my concerns. As a paying guest, I expected clear explanations, respectful communication, and better customer service. Overall, the unexpected additional charges and poor handling of the situation made my stay disappointing. I hope the hotel improves its transparency regarding guest policies and additional fees, as well as provides better customer service training to its staff. I would advise future guests to confirm all additional guest policies and charges in writing before booking to avoid similar surprises.
