About this house rental
This recently renovated and pet friendly beauty is perfectly located between two world class ski resorts; just five minutes to Vail & Beaver Creek. You'll be situated on the golf course allowing for views & privacy while cozying up to the fire place or cooking a meal in the stocked kitchen. Hiking, biking or enjoying the incredible Eagle Vail amenities is yours to enjoy. Your kids will love sleeping in the Bear Den while everyone else spreads out in three large bedrooms. Every detail of this stylish home was placed with you in mind; from the art to the fluffy pillows and luxury blankets.
Just one block to the bus stop! Eagle Vail is arguably the best neighborhood in the Vail Valley. Not only is it situated right between Vail and Beaver Creek, but it also offers a public golf course, summer swimming pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, hiking trails and cross country skiing.
Three Bedrooms + Bear Den
Upstairs:
Primary Bedroom: This primary bedroom is located on its own floor. It has an on-suite refinished bathroom, a 50 inch smart TV, and two cozy chairs. The bath is fully stocked with linens and all the essentials. There is a walk-in closet and work station with desk situated just outside of the bedroom.
Main Floor: Kitchen, dining room that seats 10 (with the leaf), fireplace, deck and coffee bar.
Downstairs:
Second Bedroom- This beautiful king sized bed has a 48" Smart TV and a shared bathroom just steps away in the hallway.
Third Bedroom- An adult bunk bed with two queen sized beds and luxury blankets. This rooms offers a sink and vanity area while the shared bathroom is next door.
Bear Den- This playful space is sure to delight the little ones. It is small, cozy and full of bear as any "Bear Den" should be! There is a triple bunk bed with three twin sized beds and loads of furry pillows and blankets. The washer and dryer are located in a secluded part of this room as well.
There is an outside private deck with patio furniture and a Traeger grill to use for cooking. The entire property backs to a peaceful golf course. The bike trail that stretches between all cities of the Vail Valley is only two blocks away! There is also an incredible hiking trail that you can access approximately 200 yards from the house.
No smoking is allowed anywhere within the property. We love animals and appreciate any well trained pet in our beautiful home. The electronic lock allows for ease of entry into the home. The home has been recently remodeled with beautiful art work.
The beautiful fireplace is wood burning and allows for cozy evenings. It is critically important that you have an understanding of how the flu needs to be open when using the wood burning fireplace.
