Close to all of the amenities the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer: world-class skiing, stunning hiking, premier fly fishing, cycling, shopping, and restaurants. Well-appointed with thoughtful furnishings, including soft bedding, comfy mattresses, plush towels, bedside charging stations, conveniently equipped kitchen with everything you might need. Access to a private lake and beautiful walking paths in the neighborhood.
The main level family room converts to another bedroom with a comfortable queen platform pullout sofa, connected to the bath.
The 2 bedrooms upstairs are connected with an open doorway with no door - you walk through the CA king bedroom to get to the 2 twin bed bunkroom.
The basement of the home is a completely separate rental unit with private entrance - there are no shared spaces.
