The whole family will enjoy this great place and its unparalleled views and lots of room for fun. Spacious, clean home with lovely view of Blue Lake and mountains beyond. Plenty of room for five adults and two toddlers (downstairs and upstairs). Safe walkable neighborhood with easy access to playgrounds for our grandchildren, shopping and restaurants in El Jebel, Basalt and Carbondale. Owners were responsive and helpful. We all plan on a return visit!

This home is very clean and comfortable. The views are wonderful the two kitchens well appointed but I would have liked a microwave in the upstairs kitchen.
We had minor issues with the house specifically a circuit breaker kept tripping for the master bedroom thus turning off the AC. The owner did tend to this for which I was appreciative.
Also the downstairs French doors were difficult to lock and secure
Our only other issue is the two accessory bedrooms upstairs are not air conditioned and they can get uncomfortably warm as a result.
The owners were delightful to deal with

Really enjoyed the ping pong ,pool table and piano. Lots of space for everyone. Deborah was really quick replying to all of our questions. The view sitting at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee in the morning awesome.
