Your Roaring Fork Valley holiday getaway this winter! Recently remodeled with traditional two-tone cabinetry, bronze finishes, antique furniture and mountain decor. Two level- floor plan with open kitchen and living area, dining room, powder room, laundry room and coat closet on the walk-in level. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking appliances, bakeware and a brand new refrigerator with a filtered water and ice dispenser. The cozy dining area includes a wine fridge, seating for 4 - 6 and pantry storage. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king XL bed, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower. The guest room also has a king bed that can convert to a single twin bed if desired, a dresser, closet and access to a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub. The office/workout room includes a desk, comfortable desk chair, basic HP wireless printer, Peloton bike and treadmill (hand weights are in the living room!). Relax after a day of skiing in the new outdoor CalSpa hot tub and warm up indoors with the charming gas fireplace in the living room. Located in a quiet residential community near El Jebel, the house is just a 5 minute drive to shops, stores and restaurants in Willits and 45 minutes to skiing and amenities in Aspen and Snowmass Village. Garage will not be accessible during rental period and will be locked off for renter storage unless otherwise requested (for skis/snowboard storage, etc).
