Przemili gospodarze i personel, na bieżąco reagujący na potrzeby gości. Piękna miejscowość, fajny punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania północnej części jeziora Como ( jednak zalecamy transport wodny). Świetna lokalizacja, blisko przystani, w bliskim otoczeniu różne sklepy, lokale gastronomiczne. Wygodny, przestronny, nowoczesny apartament z atrakcyjnym widokiem z balkonu, świetnie działająca klimatyzacja w salonie, dostęp do pralki, suszarki, żelazka; bardzo czysto, czysta pościel i ręczniki; bardzo dobry Internet; dobre wyposażenie kuchni, sprawnie działająca winda, możliwość skorzystania z restauracji na parterze serwującej smaczne posiłki.
Brakowało nam tylko małych stoliczków na kawę/napoje na balkonie, jednak jesteśmy prawie pewni, że gdybyśmy o nie poprosili, to natychmiast by się znalazły.
