expat renting - L'Ecrin - Central - Wifi

I booked this, but was given the wrong key and had to move. My rating is therefore more of the owners "Expat" than to the actual flat.

Arrived to another accomodation run by "Expat renting". It was all about codes, no personal contact. The key did not fit in the lock and the person who answered the phone didn't believe me at first. I got help from a friendly neighbour, and finally it was concluded that the correct key was missing. I was then offered another of their apartments and they wanted me to go there. They were offering no compensation for their mistake, but I demanded they'd at least pay for an Uber and they agreed, as it was pouring down. The next place was spacious, clean and well equipped. It is called Ecrin. But the blinds were broken and it was impossible to close the balcony doors. The apartment is facing a heavily trafficked road so the noise was terrible, and it was hard to sleep. After complaining to the company again, to my great surprise there did appear technicians the next day who mended the blinds that had been broken for months (apparantly, according to reviews) and added balcony furniture that had been missing. After that it got a lot quieter, so I could sleep and actually start enjoying my holiday. I also recieved so many confusing messages from them, both before my arrival and after. It doesn't seem like they know what they are doing. Even if the appartment in the end became very comfortable and I could start to enjoy my stay, it wasnt worth all the trouble before it.
