About this apartment rental
LITTLE LOFT charming, 48 m2, located in mezzanine, in a former brewery of the 19th century, 5 steps before entering the apartment, with sleeping area on a platform, protected by curtains with access to the bathroom with rounded bathtub, WC.
The stay overlooks 2 courses, so very quiet.
The floor is in old parquet, a brick wall of Toulouse. The furniture is old and vintage vintage.
A kitchenette equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine + traditional machine, iron, toaster, juicer, blender, new vintage refrigerator.
A kitchen fund (olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, water, coffee, tea, sugar etc ... At your disposal).
A map of Toulouse and a practical guide to discover Toulouse. Books are present.
In the bathroom rounded bathtub, sink, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer, all the necessary travel.
Towels, soaps, shampoo, are provided.
The dining area is equipped with a table with 4 chairs. (+ 2 more chairs).
All the utensils necessary for cooking are present.
The apartment is very well heated (central heating).
For the airport:
- From the airport where to go to the airport, the shuttle stops on the Allées Jean Jaurès, a few steps from the apartment. Price of the shuttle: 8 euros.
- where the metro Jean Jaurès, then get off at the station Palais de Justice (a few minutes) the new tram will take you to the airport for a small price.
Secure parking 200 m from the apartment, accessible by map. Price 8 € by 24 H. Payable on arrival.
You are a few minutes walk from Place Wilson, Place du Capitole, Rue Alsace Lorraine.
Many restaurants nearby, shopping, cinemas, all museums are within walking distance in minutes.

Marie's place was wonderful and the pictures do not do it justice! There is everything you need and the little touches are wonderful. Coffee and water, snacks, toiletries, etc. Very comfortable bed with soft sheets and good pillows. On a quiet street, but just a few steps away from restaurants and shopping. Marie came in and showed us around the place and pointed out all of the little details. She was a delight and made us feel at home from the moment we met her. We highly recommend her place and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Communication was excellent as we arrived late in the evening. Instructions were clear. The apartment was cute and quirky. Everything was provided and we loved our stay.

Marie was wonderfully kind and welcoming! We couldn’t have a better host! Her little apartment reflects her personality and is warm and cosy, with charm and individuality, and everything supplied that you could possibly want. We appreciated the various welcoming goodies and the super washing machine she showed us how to use. The parking was perfect and a bit of a life saver after struggling with parking in other cities. The location is great, within easy - 10 -15 minute - walking distance of the old city sights. It is also an easy 5 minute walk to the railway station. Although this, and the parking, were why we chose this place, it was much more than simply convenient. We felt at home here.
