Bhiseka Villa Nusa Dua by Aishwarya Bali International

This villa is newly on the Booking.com website and I think we were the first customers to book. We loved the size of the villa (1 large bedroom with Queen bed and attached bathroom with tub and shower, and 2 bedrooms each with a double bed). There are excellent air conditioners in all three bedrooms, and another air conditioner in the kitchen/living room area. The villa has a beautiful rooftop pool terrace that has views out over the hills that rise up behind Nusa Dua. The pool is deep (4' deep) and wide, stretching at least 20' from end to end...no problem at all to fit 5+ people. Note that there is no shallow end, so anyone with young children will have to monitor their pool use closely. The kitchen has two basic cooktops and lots of dishes, cups, glasses, utensils, etc, and there's a water dispenser next to the fridge and microwave. The living room area has enough seating for 6 people. The villa is located directly across from the Kamala Hotel and Tourism Politeknik, and getting a Grab/Gojek/Bluebird down into the Nusa Dua tourist area takes about 10 minutes and will cost you about 50-60,000rp each way, useful since there are no 'nice' restaurants or large supermarkets within walking distance of the villa. Cleaners come in on Mondays and Thursdays, and there are lots of towels provided in each room. Our main point of contact (Mrs Liz) was super responsive on WhatsApp, and when we had an issue with one of the bedroom door locks it was resolved quickly.

We left a short list of things the property managers can improve on (e.g. fix one air conditioner, replace the microwave, scrub hard water marks off the showers and sinks) but honestly these are all minor suggested improvements. Like most villas in Bali, there are no 'nice' nearby restaurants to walk to, so you'll either have to order in or take a taxi to a restaurant when you're tired of cooking.

Die Villa ist sehr groß, die Aussicht vom Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen und auch die Lage fanden wir super. Mit dem Roller ist man schnell bei super cafes und Spa's.

Die Sauberkeit war ok. In der Dusche lag noch eine Zahnbürste und auch der Pool war nicht so sauber. Zwar liegt dort ein Poolkescher aber der ist kaputt. An sich ist die Villa schon recht gut benutzt worden. Wir waren für den Preis tatsächlich etwas enttäuscht.
