Bed was a bit hard, no seals under the doors meant water came inside during heavy rain at one point. Also over 2 days they were doing some burnoffs nearby and the smell of smoke inside the rooms was very noticeable

This was a very well-managed property that provided a perfectly relaxing stay. We will definitely be back.

We were looking for somewhere quiet to relax for the first stop of our Bali family holiday, so this private villa with a pool was perfect. The staff could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. The facilities were lovely, perfectly clean, with extremely comfy beds. The covered outdoor lounge / kitchen provided a nice place to relax and also a great spot to enjoy any tropical rain that came in on occasion. The daily breakfast had a large variety of local and western food, including a made-to-order omelette and waffle station.

The property itself was located far enough away from main roads to minimise traffic noise, which was great. Once you ventured out on foot you soon hit main roads that had plenty of shops, but weren’t overly accessible on foot. There were telecommunication stores, a nice largely-Italian restaurant (Signa), and a convenience store within reach, but for safety reasons (lack of footpaths) catching taxis was necessary to go any further. However, Nusa Dua Beach could be reached in a taxi that arrived promptly for around $6 AUD.

The standard size of the pool or the rooms is very small and not worth the money. The pictures are deceptive. Choose wisely before spending heavy on this property as your choice.

Size and luxury. No proper facilities. Restaurant is also very small and does not offer good number of cuisines. Veg is rare.

One of our best Holidays Yet!

Everything is absolutely amazing at this resort! I literally cannot find anything negative about it. Service is top notch, cleanliness is brilliant, entirely family-friendly, safety never compromised and the resort goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience, compromising wherever possible. Not forgetting that it is immensely gorgeous and the villas with private pools are perfect for endless pictures! Great memories and highly recommended. Keep it up, team!

Very good villas for this price. Overall a very complet stay.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, divided by 2 seperate complex buildings, a lodge to chill & a pool in between. Location is good, but for restaurant & activities it requiers a car or bike ride to get to some locations. Bed very comfortable, good AC and big bathroom. Big sleeping room with high ceilings & bis windows. Enough amenities given, we felt very appreciated. Pool was a nice cool-down for the hot & humid climate of Bali. Breakfast with many varieties to eat, aswell the restaurant for lunch & dinner. Not too overpriced. Staff extremely helpul, always responsive to our requests & super nice. Thanks again to the whole team, especially from the restaurant! We had the possibility to check in early (Thanks to Arin) and also check out late for a justifyable fee of 700'000IDR = +- 36€

Toilet flush is very weak so be careful to not leave to much toilet paper before flushing. Also the toilet was not very clean, perhaps it's from the "bio" building line but there was many stains & yellow fleckels on the seat. It was also moving so if you bent down to grab something from the floor you almost fell down. Minibar fridge too small, you couldn't put in bought water, had to move things to make space for our waterbottles.

Only thing was the menu we always had to ask what they didn't have available as we would order then got told it wasnt available this was daily however could of been due to low season but the food we ordered was ALWAYS amazing

Excellent hospitality!

The hospitality staff, especially in the restaurant Madawa, were simply superb. Dyna, Krishna, Augong Krishna and Okta made us feel so special for the duration of our stay. They went out of their way to accommodate my weird dietary preferences every single day. I can't thank them enough. Putu at the reception desk was also so helpful with our enquires and always had suggestions and a smile for us.

The bedrooms in our villa were a little smaller than we expected feeling a little cramped for room, but nothing can be done about that now. One of the days we found a toenail in our toilet, when none of us cut them. Trash wasn't cleared out on one of the days. The couch and fridge were stained with no signs of cleaning. Housekeeping definitely needs to be better in my opinion.

The villa was beautiful. The staff are amazing. They even helped call a cab at reception for us. Big thank you. We loved the restaurant and room service dining. They are so accomodating to your needs when you call them for any request.

We can hear our neighbours which made us question privacy. Also the villa is not really walking distance to any restaurants.

Excellent for young family to unwind

Perfect for a short stay to unwind and relax following an international flight. Quiet, comfortable rooms, very good buffet breakfast, refreshing plunge pool, well-appointed bathrooms.

Limited options in neighbourhood for restaurants, money change etc. Requested to provide written feedback on departure and then received WhatsApp messages to write favourable online reviews. This detracts from a positive experience.

The staff are so helpful friendly professional, property is small and intimate , we stayed in a 2 bedroom Villa which was lovely and perfect . We ate quite a bit at Madawa lounge and the food was really good .

Not their fault but traffic in Bali is awful and it takes ages to get from one place to the next .

Nice stay in a beatiful villa

The villa was very large with a private pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent and the buffet breakfast was great. We had an excellent dinner in the restuarant. The fruit basket and wine and beer in the fridge on arrival was nice as was the complimentary soft drink or cocktail in the bar. The staff couldnt be more friendly or helpful.

We didnt realise and it wasnt clear when we made the booking that the childrens bedrooms were separate from the main villa. The villa was not well equiped with water or wine glasses or tea cups. The resort gym was dissapointing. There arent many eating out options close to the resort.

Area- desolated, no cafe or market around Bali Collection is about 20 minutes drive Nusa dua beach is at-least 35-45 mins drive Traffic is insane in Bali Villa Rooms- extremely small , furnished mindlessly, bench in front of the bed was so unnecessary, it kept causing injuries, washroom stank of sewage and team couldn’t fix it. Closet was minuscule, no way one can keep luggage inside the room, there is no movement space. Leave alone a luggage space One has to keep it outside the room and do the back and forth In room dining is until 1030pm only. Pool in the villa is not really a pool but more of a water body Staff is totally by the book and will keep refusing for basics and thus compromising on hospitality/ delight Breakfast options are extremely limited
