About this villa rental
Bali modern design with open layout. Enjoy spectacular views from the pool, lush tropical garden and luxurious master bedroom which opens 270 degrees, double bathtub with 50’ tv and breathtaking views of Jimbaran bat, mt Agung (Bali’s volcano), airport and Benoa harbour. Perfect for large family/group holidays and private functions.
Quietly nestled in the Bukit hills of Nusa dua, 10min drive to Geger beach and Nusa dua amenities like mushroom rock and Sogo / Galleria mall. No through road eliminates traffic noise and you can enjoy the natural sounds of Bali, birds chirping, breeze blowing in the palm trees.
The villa was built with family orientation in mind, a luxurious king bed in the master upstairs bedroom (60m2) soaks up the 270 degree view with adjoining ensuite master bathroom (20m2) with dual access (to kids room) the oval double bath has access to the 50’ cable TV and open views. The kids room (smallest 20m2) hosts 2 single beds and a verandah which catches the Bali sunset.
Both upstairs rooms lead onto and open office area and large sundeck (84m2).
A balcony also compliments the master bedroom enhancing the space feel to this beautiful villa.
Downstairs on entrance, a large double cover carport with a batu sikat compass muriel opens up in to the lush tropical grassed garden with palm trees and a merbau hard wood deck compliments the palimanan salt water 75m3 swimming pool (7 x 10m).
Lounge on the sunbeds under the shade of the giant frangipani tree (Jepun) and take it all in...
The open dining area seats 8, airy and natural setting with open kitchen and living room dpace give plenty of space for people to hang out in comfort.
The main downstairs bedroom adjoins the living room with a queen bed, ensuite open bathroom and corner tub, another great feature of the property!
The downstairs guestroom opens onto the garden pool deck area which completes the 4 bedrooms perfectly.
Staff room and day kitchen/laundry area is tucked away at the back of the property out of sight.
The 3rd bathroom is shared opening into the main kitchen area which does not have a bath tub.
Bamboo blinds surround the open areas to protect from the odd tropical rain storm (Dec-March).
Full AC option and fans in all bedrooms, celing fans in open areas.
2 maids and 1 security / gardener facilitate the property, pool fully serviced by outside technition, owner lives close by (Evy) to take care of any issues that may arrise.
Walking distance to local warungs and mini marts but car / bike required for supermarket/beach excursions.
