很新、空間大且乾淨舒適，富有設計感且具有巧思，例如在轉角處或是樓梯間都做了圓角邊的設計，使整體空間感變得柔和且安全，尤其對於有孩子的家庭來說. 以價位來說絕對是物超所值
位置比較偏僻且深入巷子，離便利商店遠，但相對的好處就是非常安靜。早餐簡單了些，如果有多些變化會更好。
