The villa is beautiful, located in a quiet area, away from noise and traffic. It is very spacious and cleaned daily. Danny and Edy, the villa managers, are present most of the time and help you with anything you need. You will need a scooter or a taxi to reach the main points of interest.
The villa needs a few repairs: one wall in the ground floor bathroom requires repainting, the facade needs cleaning, and the living room doors need better sealing, when it rains heavily, water gets into the living room.

Property was fab! Well looked after. Pool area was prefect for the kids.
Location, too far away from everywhere and had to pay for a driver to take us to anywhere.
We also had 3 young kids and the two rooms upstairs were only accessible via the outside balcony. This meant the kids had to stay downstairs with myself or husband sleeping on the sofa as we weren’t comfortable leaving them upstairs by themselves.

We seriously loved everything about this huge villa and did not want to leave. My husband and I stayed here with our 8 and 11 year old children for 6 days and had the most amazing time. The staff were so attentive and helpful. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to the restaurant areas, which we loved because we were looking for a relaxing getaway in a quiet area. We were able to order grab or cook food at the villa if we didn’t feel like going out in the evening. Checked out so many beautiful beaches and will definitely be back to stay at this villa.

Donny was very friendly and met us at the airport and transported us to the villa (for an additional cost). He also drove us around during the day, when needed for an additional cost. He was always on hand to pick us up when required and offered good suggestions for trips.
The breakfast was prepared each morning for an additional cost, but was quite basic and by day 3 we had worked our way through all the options so some variety and additional options would be great.
The villa is very spacious
The villa didn’t feel particularly clean and some parts of the villa are looking tired - paint coming off the walls, the sofa in the living room is incredibly creaky! The showers seem to drip constantly and the pipes make loud whistling noises quite regularly. The villa is located at the top of a hill, so it is quiet but not easily accessible and nothing is within walking distance of you want to go to a shop or to out in the evening.
Make sure you also get a detailed price list from Donny with regard to transport - great to have him as an option for transport, but it is much more expensive than a taxi and the charges vary.
The maids prepared breakfast and cleaned up after, but didn’t clean any of the rest of the house unless specifically asked (despite being told we could expect them to do 4-5 hours a day included in the price of the villa). The maids also have direct access to the villa through a door that cannot be locked in the villa.
The pool was very cold - great for a quick cool off but we didn’t use it much as we had a young child with us and it was too cold to keep them in the water for more than a few minutes. A little disappointing as we were hoping to use this regularly.
