Comfortabel appartement buiten het stadscentrum van Riga met prachtig zicht vanop 23ste verdieping (dakterras). Er zijn 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Airco aanwezig evenals sauna + jacuzzi+ 2 ligzetels op dakterras. Ontbijt van restaurant wordt aan huis geleverd (wel geen broodmaaltijd). Vlot bereikbaar met de bus. Bushalte op een kleine 10 minuten wandelen. Supermarkt op 10 minuten wandelen.
Geen zonwering of gordijnen in de living en de keuken aanwezig (ook niet voor privacy), evenmin in de veranda op het dakterras. Living, keuken en veranda Is een serre in de zomer. Zon kan niet buiten gehouden worden. Wel gordijnen in slaapkamers. Broodnodige airconditioning werkte niet toen we in het appartement kwamen. Na melding werd de volgende dag een technieker gestuurd om de airco te herstellen. Airco was dan OK. In 3 kamers trof je kleine mieren aan : in 1 slaapkamer, in 1 badkamer en in de keuken. Matras in 1 van de 2 slaapkamers was in het midden doorgelegen waardoor je naar het midden van de matras rolde.
